Adams comes from the town of Rotorua on New Zealand’s north island. It’s a picturesque town of 60,000 with hot springs that brings visitors to see the thermal activity. One problem: There’s a lot of sulfur too, which makes Rotorua a fart town.
“It smells like someone farted in your face all the time,” Adams said, “but you get used to it.”
This is hardly a new revelation about Rotorua.
