Overwatch has caught Olympics fever and there’s a whole new bunch of stuff to look forward to when you next log on. Did I say “Olympics”? Of course I meant “Summer Games” (don’t want to make the IOC mad).
There are a whole host of patriotic-themed skins for your favorite heroes during the worldwide event. Naturally USA got a America-themed McCree, which looks pretty awesome.

In addition developer Blizzard has shown off new win poses featuring metals, new spray paints and a ton more sport-themed stuff to collect. Every loot box opened between not and August 22 will be guaranteed to have at least one Summer Games-themed item. Which means those skins will be at a premium.
There was one more huge surprise in the reveal trailer: A new game mode. In honor of Lucio’s native Brazil we’re getting “Lucioball,” which is Overwatch meets Rocket League. Everyone will play as Lucio allowing his weapon to push or pull the ball, and his natural speed and wall-riding to create something fast-paced and awesome.
