A massive glitch on YouTube is causing the site’s channels to lose massive amounts of subscribers Wednesday.
When anyone unsubscribes from a channel it causes the total subscriber count to go down by two. This allows anyone to unsub then resub repeatedly and lower the channels subscriber count significantly. Thousands are currently exploiting this glitch to drop popular YouTubers’ subscribers by the hundreds of thousands.
YouTube says its fixing the problem and the subscriber count will return to normal.

Pewdiepie: 539,000
Pewdiepie is the most popular YouTuber on the site, so, of course, people are gunning for his sub count.

Tana Mongeau: 1,124,000
Tana was just in some YouTube drama with iDubbbz, where iDubbbz called her out for over-dramatizing basically every thing on her channel. The community has turned on her and many are going after her subs!
iDubbbzTV: +30,000
Ayy, the people are clearly on iDubbbz side in the drama war. He’s actually gained some subscribers today.
LeafyIsHere: 182,000
Everyone hates Leafy, especially after he made a video making fun of an autistic guy.
