In his apology letter he played the victim, claiming that the storm of false rumors and allegations are why he will not continue proving his connection with the crypto currency. This text is all that remains on Wright’s website, which he recently wiped clean.
Wright first announced he was bitcoin’s founder on Monday, but many tech experts and members of webizens took issue with the dearth of evidence. Wright provided a digital signature that appeared to link him to the original bitcoin transaction done by the alias name Satoshi Nakamoto. But according to various Redditors and GitHub users, the signature could have been manufactured by anyone and was not conclusive evidence.
Over the last few days, people have called on Wright to supply more proof and instead, he penned this ridiculous apology note, accusing everyone but himself for the disbelief of his claims.
