Hillary Clinton, America’s abuela, was “overwhelmed” and suffering from “head space” issues at the prospect of babysitting her infant granddaughter Charlotte for a week, according to emails published by WikiLeaks on Thursday.

The revelation raises troubling questions about Hillary’s fitness to serve as president. After all, if she can’t stand up to an infant in her own home, how can she hope to stand up to Vladimir Putin on the world stage?

In a July 2015 email exchange, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin explains to John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign chairman, that the candidate “is a bit overwhelmed with picking Charlotte up for the week,” and “hasn’t been in the best head space.”

Huma writes that someone named “Oscar” had gotten a stomach virus, and former President Bill Clinton “was out buying clorox wipes” to facilitate the “sanitizing” of their house for the baby.

Podesta had reached out to Huma because he wanted to “sit down with [Hillary] for 30 minutes one on one and get some clarity on where her head is at.”

It is unclear if Podesta was referring to the head injury Hillary suffered in December 2012.
