One is a rich senior citizen convinced she has a divine right to rule… the other is Queen of England.

They got the the top of the political food chain different ways, but Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth II, who turns 90 tomorrow, have a lot in common: enormous wealth, embarrassing husbands, difficulties using email.

And the similarities hardly end there – the born-to-rule matriarchs from either side of the Atlantic do a pretty good job of dressing the same.
