Hillary Clinton thinks Donald Trump is too reckless to be president of the United States. Not because he might mishandle classified information over a private email server, but because he might do things like try to impose restrictions on journalists, use the IRS to target his critics, and order the military to carry out controversial acts.
In other words, Hillary is worried that Trump might behave like President Obama, who has already done all of these things.
