Before Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election to Donald Trump, her campaign released an ad called “Role Models,” featuring a bunch of children watching some of Trump’s most controversial pronouncements on television.
“Our children are watching,” the ad warned. “What example will we set for them?”
Hillary also insisted throughout the campaign that Democrats would never stoop to Trump’s level, repeating the line, “When they go low, we go high.”
The “nasty women” celebrities who appeared at the Women’s March in Washington over the weekend don’t appear to have taken this advice to heart. Madonna, Ashley Judd, and others went on profanity-laced tirades about “pussies,” and even threatened to “blow up the White House.”
We decided to re-cut Hillary’s campaign ad to remind celebrities that they should probably think twice about what kind of example they want to set for our children, who are watching.
