Burke Waldron is an American hero. He’s also much better at throwing a baseball than President Barack Obama.

Waldron, a 92-year-old World War II veteran, threw out the first pitch for the Seattle Mariners on Memorial Day, and performed beautifully.

President Obama, on the other hand, has thrown out a number of first pitches at Major League Baseball games over the course of his presidency, and has disappointed every time. Like Waldron, he’s a southpaw, but you’d probably think he’s right-handed by the way he throws.
Obama’s inability to learn how to throw a baseball correctly is a national embarrassment, and perhaps the most defining aspect of his failed presidency. He should apologize.
