What time do the polls close?

Polls close at 7 across Florida. Notably, one part of the state is in EST while the other is in Central Time Zone.

What time do results start rolling in?

Under Florida law, 30 minutes after polls close, counties must issue their preliminary results, updating them every 45 minutes as votes are counted.

Was there early voting? If so, what were some early possible indications?

Florida does offer early voting between Oct. 29 and Nov. 5, as well as mail-in voting.

Of the 2.5 million votes cast by mail so far, 41 percent were Republican and 38 percent were Democrat, with the remainder registered with a third party or reporting no party affiliation.

Of the nearly 3.9 million early votes already cast, 36 percent were Republican and 41 percent were Democrat, with the remainder registered with a third party or reporting no party affiliation.
