Senator Ted Cruz is, in my view, the likely Republican nominee. Donald Trump is detested by the GOP rank and file and has massive unfavorables. He continues to insult the grassroots delegates who will decide the nomination by calling them the party elite.

He insulted America’s ally by stating that the UK would be ‘at the back of the queue’ [sic] for a deal with America if Britain left the troubled EU block of nations, overwhelmed at present by the migrant crisis and a crushed Greek economy.
