Nearly two-thirds of American voters do not think Hillary Clinton is “honest and trustworthy,” according to a new poll from Fox News, which shows Donald Trump leading the former secretary of state among voters nationwide, 45 percent to 42 percent.

Just 31 percent of respondents said they found Hillary Clinton honest and trustworthy, compared to 66 percent who said otherwise. That’s an even worse assessment than respondents gave to Trump—40 percent said they found the presumptive GOP nominee honest and trustworthy, versus 57 percent who said they did not.

That’s not a great look, America, when the leading candidates for president are viewed by majorities of the population as fundamentally dishonest, especially when one of them is being investigated by the FBI for mishandling classified information and the other is being sued for fraud in a sketchy “university” scam.
