Additionally, 50 percent of Hillary Clinton voters said they believe men have too much influence in society. Large majorities of Clinton voters said they believe women and minorities do not have enough influence.
Most Trump supporters said they see the world much differently, an indication of how divided the country has become under President Obama. About two-thirds of Trump voters said they thought whites, men, and women had the “right amount” of influence in society.
With respect to the influence of minorities in society, about 40 percent of Trump voters said minorities have the right amount of influence, while another 40 percent said they have too much.
Some observers pointed out that these poll results are probably not indicative of a healthy, functioning democracy.

Recent polling shows that Trump has a significant lead over Clinton among white voter, and Clinton with a dominate advantage among minority voters. Trump is especially popular among white voters without a college degree.
If elected, Hillary Clinton would become the first white president since 2008.
