President Obama is very angry at Donald Trump, the reality television star turned presumptive GOP nominee. He called Trump’s rhetoric following the deadly terrorist attack in Orlando “dangerous” and un-American.
“We are in serious times, and this is a really serious job,” Obama said in reference to Trump’s antics. “This is not entertainment. This is not a reality show.”
That might comes as a surprise to some people who have been observing this “lame duck” stage of the Obama presidency, and have noticed how the goings on at the White House these days seem to increasingly resemble reality TV programming, even as the world is spinning increasingly out of control.
