Conservative filmmaker and Heat Street contributor Ben Howe wants to bring the #NeverTrump movement to the big screen.
Howe has started a GoFundMe page in an effort to raise at least $30,000 to cover the costs of traveling with and filming the Trump campaign over the next two months and producing a film, titled “The Sociopath,” which he hopes to push out to theaters by October 2016.
“Only through documenting [Trump’s] rise to the top of the Republican ticket, exposing the underbelly of the right that put him there, revealing the masses that have been duped by his sales pitch, can anything be learned about who the Republican party is and more importantly, who they must now become,” Howe writes.
