Former Bill Clinton mistress Monica Lewinsky approves of Twitter’s decision to permanently ban conservative provocateur Milo Yiannopolous from the social media website.
Milo was banned for violating Twitter’s “hateful conduct policy” following an online spat with SNL’s Leslie Jones, one of the stars of the new Ghostbusters film. Lewinsky was not the only one who cheered the announcement. Many accused Milo of getting what deserved for being a “bully.” Milo said he had no regrets about the exchange with Jones prior to his ban was announced.
Lewinsky has become of prominent anti-bullying advocate in recent years, saying in an interview earlier this year that she “I felt like every layer of my skin and my identity were ripped off of me” after her affair with then-President Bill Clinton came to light in the late 1990s.
Hillary Clinton once described Lewinsky as a “narcissistic looney tune.”
