Secretary of State John Kerry applauded himself for negotiating a “ceasefire” that unraveled in a matter of days when Russian planes bombed a UN aid convoy, killing 31.
The media, and many politicians — including Hillary Clinton — have called for “something” to be done to end the slaughter. Oddly enough, the people making these exhortations seem to forgot who the president is.
