Hillary Clinton doesn’t seem to have a whole lot to do these days. She’s been spied walking her dog in the woods, heading out for a night on the town, and even shopping for Thanksgiving staples at a gourmet food market near her home in Chappaqua, New York.

Hillary seems to be taking advice from some of popular culture’s notable losers: mingling with the locals in their natural habitat like Mitt Romney after he lost the election in 2012, and making new friends like Martha Stewart did after she returned from her short stint in federal prison.
She’s even, it seems, angling for Martha’s BFF Snoop Dogg. When she returned to Twitter this week after a brief post-election hiatus, he was the first one she followed. And he totally followed back.

It may seem surprising, but indications were there before Election Day that Hill-dogg was trying to join Snoop’s posse. Astute Twitter users noticed she’d been stealing his trademark West Coast style for some time.

And Clinton even jokingly admitted in a radio interview that Snoop’s former label, Death Row Records, had influenced her monochromatic pantsuit look.
And he’s already a fan. Thanks, perhaps, to Stewart’s open advocacy for Clinton’s Presidential campaign, Snoop openly endorsed Hillary, and even called her his “favorite girl” during a benefit concert at the Democratic National Convention.
She may not be helping him prepare the mashed potatoes for Sunday dinner or allowing him to mold her mind over baked desserts or even joint-hosting a dinner party on VH1—at least not yet—but we have a feeling that some incredible collaborations are in the works.
