The Dominican newspaper El Nacional made an embarrassing mistake, publishing a photo of Alec Baldwin on SNL and captioning it as Donald Trump himself.
The photo snafu appeared on page 19 of the print edition on Friday, running beside a story about Trump’s comments on Israeli settlements, which he made just days before his meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

In a retraction, the newspaper apologized to “readers and all those who felt affected by the [photo’s] publication.”
“The photograph was sent by the Associated Press with the name of the actor and information about the program, but it was placed as though it were Trump, the situation going inadvertently unnoticed by all who reviewed page 19,” the newspaper said.
Baldwin has portrayed Trump on SNL since October.
