Hillary Clinton is set to deliver a “scorching” speech attacking Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump as a danger to national security.

Clinton is not likely to mention the fact that she is currently under FBI investigation for endangering national security and mishandling classified information by using an unauthorized private email server as secretary of state.

One of Hillary Clinton’s top aides, wunderkind Jake Sullivan, previewed the speech in an interview with the New York Times. “Donald Trump is unlike any presidential candidate we’ve seen, maybe ever, certainly in decades, in that he does not cross the threshold of fitness for the job,” said Sullivan, who helped write the speech.
Sullivan is also being investigated by the FBI for endangering national security, as he was one of Hillary’s primary points of contact over email, especially when she wanted to print out articles (mostly fawning pieces about herself) and other emails (mostly obsequious praise from friends).
On at least one occasion, Clinton ordered Sullivan to remove the classified markings on a set of talking points after he had trouble sending it over the secure email system. Many of the classified emails sent over Clinton’s private server were sent by Sullivan.
Sullivan and several other Clinton aides also under investigation for endangering national security are being represented by DC super-lawyer Beth Wilkinson, the wife of fired Meet The Press host David Gregory.
Sullivan notably took part in secret talks with Iranian government officials beginning as early as 2011—talks the administration repeatedly denied had ever taken place—even going so far as to censor official footage from a State Department press briefing.
Sullivan also helped lead the effort to “sell” the Iran nuclear accord to the press, an effort that, according to senior Obama adviser Ben Rhodes, relied on deceptive tactics to persuade a gullible press to support the administration’s position.
Sullivan is mentioned repeatedly as being poised to take a top foreign policy role in a Hillary Clinton Administration, likely National Security Adviser, which does not require Senate confirmation.
