Harry Reid is finally retiring as Senate Minority Leader. He’s even older than Hillary Clinton, so he probably should have quit politics years ago. No one will miss him.
Reid’s accomplishments as a career politician include fighting for the rights of cowboys to write poetry, giving an inspirational speech about pomegranates, and injuring his face.
Wow, Harry Reid really does have a nasty black eye. Seems to be in good spirits though https://t.co/MVZCdIMLNG pic.twitter.com/4b57mEdjXB

Reid also famously accused Romney of not paying any taxes during the 2012 presidential campaign. He made the accusation on the Senate floor, citing an anonymous source. It was complete bullshit, but Reid didn’t care. “Romney didn’t win, did he?” Reid said earlier this year.
Mitt Romney recently said what most of us were thinking, only he did so in watered-down, PG-rated language. Because he’s still a gentleman, and has exquisite hair.
“As for Mr. Reid, I lost respect for him when he repeatedly lied about my taxes and later admitted to it cheerily,” Romney said in a statement when asked about Reid’s retirement. “Good riddance, Mr. Reid. The Senate will be better served without you in it.”
If one person ever deserved to clap back at Harry Reid, it's Mitt Romney. https://t.co/Cc66AI6Nuu
