In the age of Twitter, every great presidential campaign needs a catchy hashtag. Bernie has #FeeltheBern, Hillary has #ImWithHer and Trump of course has #MakeAmericaGreatAgain.
But poor former governor of New Mexico and likely Libertarian Party nominee, Gary Johnson, may unwillingly end up with #FeelTheJohnson.
Although Johnson has never tweeted the hashtag its increasing unironic use may be trouble for his campaign.
Just wrapped up a great interview w/@GovGaryJohnson. Gonna be another great podcast on @TheTicket2016 this week. #FeelTheJohnson

It's hilarious to see people tweeting how evil Capitalism is on their iPhones which they have only because of Capitalism #FeelTheJohnson

Eh, the libertarian message just doesn’t land as well when punctuated by a dick joke. But this train has already left the station.
There’s a Feel the Johnson Facebook page with over 3,000 likes.

Feel the Johnson T-shirts!

And a bumper sticker urging people to coerce the entire population of D.C. into sexual acts

As Clinton v. Trump becomes an ever more likely scenario and herds of beleaguered conservatives wander the political landscape looking for a candidate that best represents their values, its seems likely that some of them will be feeling the Johnson come November.
