Former Secretary of State Colin Powell endorsed Hillary Clinton for president on Tuesday. It is the third consecutive election cycle in which Powell, who served under George W. Bush, has endorsed a Democrat.
Boom. Colin Powell says he will vote for Hillary Clinton. Says will serve w/ distinction and cites experience and stamina

His (predictable) endorsement notwithstanding, Powell is not a huge fan of Hillary Clinton. This was revealed when his hacked email were published on a website associated with Guccifer 2.0.
In the emails, Powell dismissed Republican nominee Donald Trump as a “national disgrace,” but also had some harsh words for Hillary and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
“Everything [Hillary] touches she kind of screws up with hubris,” Powell wrote an associate in 2015 regarding Hillary’s email scandal at the state department. Powell explained that he threw a “mini tantrum at a Hampton’s party” after Hillary’s campaign team tried to blame him for Hillary’s decision to use a private email server as secretary of state.
Powell was also somewhat concerned about Hillary health, noting that she “doesn’t look good” on television and “is working herself to death.”
In a July 2014, Powell laid out a compelling case for why he “would rather not vote for” Hillary: Because she was “a 70-year-old person with a long track record, unbridled ambition, greed, not transformational, with a husband still dicking bimbos at home (according to the NYP).”

Powell was presumably referring to this New York Post story about Bill’s secret mistress, code named: “Energizer” (bunny). The former president is also a close friend of convicted billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
