Chance the Rapper has had a great year. He won his first set of Grammys. He became the first artist to achieve stardom without a physical record—only digital downloads. And he’s committed to making big changes in Chicago’s struggling public school system.

And that’s probably why he’s hiring an intern.

According to Chance’s Twitter, he needs an assistant to help him out with the administrative duties that come along with being part of the political world. Coming up with sick beats he can handle, the ins-and-outs of Powerpoint…that’s a different story.

There’s no word yet on how much the gig pays, though Chance says it will probably be less like a traditional internship and more like a regular job—he just used “internship” because the job description isn’t clear yet, and whoever snags the position will be doing a lot of paperwork.

Based on his requirements, it also seems that Chance is looking for someone to help with his fledgling education policy initiative. Creative decks (PowerPoint presentations) and writing proposals are most often used as a way to attract fundraising or investment to a company or organization.

In the short time Chance has been interested in the quality of public education, he’s made major inroads with both local Chicago and Illinois state government, meeting with both Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel and Illinois governor Bruce Rauner on how to keep Chicago public schools open.

Chance also runs Social Works Chicago, which gives major donations to struggling Chicago schools. He’s been actively lobbying Chicago’s rich and famous to give to Social Works; for every $100,000 his organization collects, it gives a $10,000 grant directly to a school.

A personal intern isn’t a bad idea.  And you’d get to say you worked for Chance the Rapper.
