According to TMZ, Clinton refused blood alcohol testing, and remained in custody overnight pending bail, which was set at $15,000. He was released Monday afternoon.

The timing is somewhat embarrassing for Roger’s sister-in-law, Hillary Clinton, who is trying to avoid an embarrassing upset in the California primary against Democratic challenger Bernie Sanders.
Roger, whose Secret Service nickname during the Clinton administration was “Headache,” presumably woke up with a pretty large one this morning.
Unfortunately, brother Bill is not longer president, and is therefore unable to pardon him. Before leaving office in 2001, President Clinton pardoned Roger for a cocaine charge dating back to 1985. One month after the pardon, Roger was arrested for DUI in Hermosa Beach, California.

Roger Clinton is best known for getting paid to lobby his brother for pardons in the late 1990s, and has repeatedly sought to make money by peddling his connections to power. For example, he was paid $100,000 to (unsuccessfully) lobby the Clinton Foundation for housing contracts in earthquake-ravaged Haiti on behalf of a Houston developer.
He also used to be the frontman in a funky band.
