CNN’s Jeff Zeleney reported Wednesday morning on how the Bernie Sanders campaign was reacting to Hillary Clinton’s embarrassing loss to Donald Trump. Apparently some Bernie backers think she might not have been the best candidate to nominate in a year of public outrage at the political establishment.
“We have nothing polite to say right now,” a top Sanders adviser told CNN.
There were a lot of Bernie Bros who were convinced that general election voters would reject Hillary Clinton as a corrupt establishment grifter in a year when Americans were demanding “change.” Looks like they were right.
