You probably won’t be surprised to learn that this week’s Democratic convention in Philadelphia features “all-gender” bathrooms.

Just visited my first All Gender restroom. Basically a former women's restroom –all private stalls pic.twitter.com/3Q8zWUyLeo

Some attendees are thrilled.

Others? Not so much.
Dem Convention has all-gender bathrooms. Came out of stall and found myself face to face w/ 3 women. Awkward! pic.twitter.com/PFMUOiJckq

With so many distractions, it’s nice to know the DNC kept their focus on what’s truly important.

…and a record number of transgender delegates.
This is so awesome. We've identified 27 out transgender delegates at the #DemConvention so far, a 93% increase from 2012.

Bathrooms are expected to be a hot topic in Philadelphia, where woke celeb Lena Dunham is scheduled to address the convention.
Democrats have aggressively criticized states such as North Carolina for passing legislation that prohibits individuals from using public bathrooms that do not correspond to the gender on their birth certificates.
Gay billionaire Peter Thiel addressed the Republican convention in Cleveland last week, and urged voters to disregard bathroom debates and “fake culture wars” that distract from real issues like the economy.
