Despite every effort to ingratiate himself to the Trump campaign following his exit from the Presidential race, Chris Christie, Trump’s lackey extraordinaire, has been left out in the cold today, forced to possibly grovel for a Cabinet position instead of finally coming into his glory as Donald Trump’s Vice Presidential candidate.
Throughout the campaign, Christie has been a staunch supporter, willing to be routinely humiliated in his pursuit of that all-important second-in-command position. Last night, an angry Christie placed a “tense” phone call to Trump begging for an explanation.
But today, Chris Christie’s complicated feelings can only be described in GIFs.
