The Stanford rapist, Brock Turner, took a photo of the woman’s breasts and sent them to his fellow swim team members, according to a report in the Daily Mail. Court documents show that the Olympic hopeful was sent a message via a group messaging app shortly after his arrest that read, “Whos tit is that.” However, detectives were unable to access the original photo sent by Turner — it is presumed that a third party member of the group was able to delete the photograph before the investigation, according to the Daily Mail.
Turner’s phone records have come under scrutiny in recent days. According to the Daily Mail report, text messages between the ex-Stanford student and his friends show Turner’s affinity for using the racial slur ‘n—-r’ and continuous reference to marijuana usage, despite his repeated claims in court that he was a stranger to drugs and alcohol before arriving at college.
