English police have cracked down on a “nuisance” woman who for years has been distressing people in the town of Daventry by throwing things at them.

Daventry cops, in Northamptonshire, successfully obtained a so-called Criminal Behavior Order against Denise Wheeler, 47, due to her anti-social behavior over a prolonged period of time.

After many complaints about Wheeler throwing items at people, she’s now been banned from entering some fast food restaurants and residential streets.

Wheeler is also banned from throwing items at persons, property or vehicles unless she’s engaged in sports.

A spokesperson, from the Anti-Social Behavior Unit, said:

“We always try and resolve any issues locally to help improve the situation, however if behaviors persist we take it very seriously and will look to pursue legal action as a last resort in order to improve the condition for local residents.”
