The half-headed man who was an internet sensation years back was arrested once again.
Carlos Rodriguez of (where else but) Miami, Florida was charged with arson and first-degree attempted murder after he lit a mattress on fire in his duplex, with two people inside. He was previously arrested in 2010 for soliciting prostitution.
In a viral video, Rodriguez explained his condition saying he was “barred out” on drugs driving and hit a pole that launched him head first into the ground.
A Miami-Dade County judge set Rodriguez’s bail at $30,000.
