A “suspicious” fire broke out at Trump International Hotel and Tower in New York early Friday morning.
The blaze broke out on the 47th floor of the hotel in midtown Manhattan shortly before 4.30am, ABC 7 New York reports.
Officials described the blaze, which was put out at around 5am by the New York City Fire Department, as “suspicious”. Fire marshals are still seeking the cause.
One person was treated for smoke inhalation, authorities said.
The upper floors of the building are now being aired due to concerns over carbon monoxide fumes.
