Entertainment Weekly reveals that the revered Darth Vader will be making more than just a cameo in the upcoming movie “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”
The stand-alone film is a spinoff about a group of Rebel fighters trying to steal the plans to the Death Star. Although specifics have not been revealed, the plot will focus on the story of outlaw Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) and the first Rebel base. How much screen time Vader will be given is not certain either.
Entertainment Weekly promises more information about the movie and the return of Darth Vader in its Friday print edition, along with a full character lineup and comments from the filmmakers.
“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” hits theaters on December 16th.
