“Notorious RBG” is an apparent reference to the “Notorious B.I.G.” aka “Biggie Smalls” aka “Biggie” aka “Big Poppa” aka Christopher Wallace, the deceased hip-hop legend who was once deemed “too fat and misogynistic” to have a street named after him in Brooklyn.
