Susan Sarandon Stars In (Another) Dumb Anti-Trump Celebrity Video

Former Hollywood celeb and Bernie Sanders activist Susan Sarandon is talking about politics again. Sarandon stars in (another) dumb video in which a bunch of celebrities try to attack Donald Trump and be funny at the same time.

The “joke” is that Trump believes the U.S. government is governed by an “alternative Constitution,” a reference to White House adviser Kellyanne Conway’s use of the phrase “alternative facts” during an interview about the crowd size on Inauguration Day.

The celebrities in the video assume a tone of faux concern for President Trump, who they say genuinely believes in a different Constitution, discovered by archaeologists and “cradled in the mouth of a large, golden snake-pig deity.” It’s really funny.

“Well, we finally have an answer why Trump is doing this,” says some actress named Jamie Chung. “This” is the controversial executive order Trump signed restricting immigration from a number of Muslim-majority countries. The “alternative Constitution” says Trump is allowed to do that.

Sarandon weighs in to describe the “dark magic” protecting Trump’s version of the Constitution. The celebs hilariously urge viewers find Trump and swap out his alternative Constitution with the real version, otherwise “we’re f—ed.” Again, it’s a very funny video. You should watch it and try not to laugh.
