Pamela Anderson’s Unhinged Letter About Loving Assange, Hating Trump and Praising Sweden

Former Baywatch star and (unconfirmed) girlfriend of Wikileaks’ Founder, Pamela Anderson, has penned a bizarre letter assessing Sweden, attacking dating culture and Donald Trump, and about loving Assange.

In a barely coherent letter published on Thursday on her Foundation’s website, titled “Skavlan, Sweden” and accompanied by a picture of a young and, in Anderson’s view, “sexy” picture of Julian Assange, Anderson addressed the nation of Sweden but quickly turned to other topics.

“Sweden is a beautiful and progressive country.” she started the letter. “In general, my feelings about super progressive countries and cultures are that the good outweigh the bad … but we should also be sensitive to any potential downside.”

“The feeling I’m getting in today’s ‘dating’ culture is that we’ve lost some of our sense of humor and might be hyper critical which makes it a bit ‘risky’ and unapproachable…,” she continued, somewhat changing the topic.

The former Baywatch star then asked: “I believe in female empowerment, but it seems some cultures actually want to keep women viewed as victims to strengthen the state…?”

“We all naturally worry about our daughters (Sweden sets a fine example), but we MUST also worry about our sons,” she added and started her attack on President Trump:

As for MEN in America, I’m no fan of the harsh style of Trump. I think it sets a confusing example to young people what is acceptable, etc., but unfortunately there is kind of an epidemic of typically American male crassness—and disrespect of women— ‘locker room talk”—I think that is embarrassingly unimaginative and is a sign of a complete lack of intelligence and character.

While Anderson didn’t spare Trump, she also wrote that “it’s natural and easier to blame someone, sometimes Julian [Assange], sometimes Russia. But the actual reason The Democratic establishment lost is because it abandoned the people and presented itself as superior.”

Her 1,500 word missive then moves on to Assange, her alleged new-found love. “My relationship with Julian—it’s no secret,” she said, noting that he’s “one of my favorite people.”

“I am concerned. Sweden must feel a tremendous responsibility to America—to give him up? Which is a shame,” Anderson continued. “Julian is a human being who is extremely empathetic and cares deeply about the world … Julian is trying to free the world by educating it.”

“It is a romantic struggle—I love him for this,” she added.

The actress concludes by hoping that Sweden “can help Julian” and he could be set free and “compensated” for his time in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where he’s been hiding from the authorities since 2012, fearing his extradition to the United States.
