Having vacillated in appearance between blonde and brunette, Jennifer Lawrence has finally settled on the platinum blonde look in a new cover spread for Harpers Bazaar. It makes her looks less like model Bella Hadid and more like fellow actress Emma Stone.
In the interview, the 25-year-old Oscar-winning Hunger Games actress addressed the gender wage gap in Hollywood after her essay on the subject, which came to the fore over the pay structure for her 2013 film American Hustle, went viral.
“I obviously only absorbed the negative,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I didn’t pay attention to the positive feedback.” Most of her critics, she noted, were “people who think women should not be paid the same as men. So I don’t really care what those people think.”
She added: “I try not to be too sensitive to the ‘poor rich girl’ jokes. I was saying my reality is absolutely fabulous but it is not the reality of a lot of women in America. That’s what I’m talking about.”
Well. we’re talking about her hair.
