It was pretty obvious the Deploraball would be a total shitshow, inside and out. The event was billed as a gathering for alt right icons and deplorables like Mike Cernovich, Milo Yiannopoulos and Lauren Southern. The gathering at the National Press Club in Washington DC, was meant to celebrate Trump’s inauguration and the trolly social media antics of the people who helped him win.
Prior to the event a squabble over the “Jewish Question” almost derailed the event entirely.
But while the deplorables partied in their prom gowns, outside a protest was raging and fortunately for the popcorn eating voyeurs at home, there’s plenty of video of the chaos.
