“Subversive” pop culture TV host Billy Eichner has emerged as a leading member of the celebrity anti-Trump ‘resistance.
Eichner, who presents Funny Or Die’s Billy on the Street on truTV, has taken up a particular opposition to Vice President Mike Pence. He has now repeatedly claimed that Pence, who has drawn ire for his alleged support for conversion therapy for gay people even though the truth is more complex, is gay.
Pence is a closeted gay man who turned his self loathing into a political agenda 2 punish the part of himself he hates most. Enjoy the game!

Mike Pence is gay.

This begs a number of questions: Is it acceptable for Eichner, an openly gay man himself, to call straight people gay, even if he is joking? (After all Mike Huckabee landed in hot water for recently making a joke about Chuck Schumer and transgender movie Boys Don’t Cry.)
Is Trump making comedians unfunnier?
And given, that Eichner recently ordered Trump to “grow up,” is he trying to turn hypocrisy into some kind of performance art?
