You’re not going to believe what happened when a group called “Students for Trump” at Portland State University tried to host an event on campus.
Actually, you probably will believe it. Campus security almost broke up the gathering when the pro-Trump students erected a wall to show their support for Donald Trump’s signature immigration policy, according a Campus Reform.
The Trump supporters were inevitably confronted by other students who were probably still mourning the demise of Bernie Sanders. They had harsh words for their pro-Trump peers, calling them “pathetic,” and “intolerant,” and “idiots.”
At one point, two anti-Trump students, including one dude bro with a little beard, confronted the group and attempted to have a calm discussion about immigration issues, but the Trump crowd could not help itself, and instinctively broke out into a chant of “USA! USA!” That eventually turned into a chant of “Build the wall! Build the wall!”
The chanting appeared to have triggered the anti-Trump dude bro, who proceeded to freak out and yell hysterically about the true meaning of patriotism.
