Tell me about the Hugo Awards. Are the Sad Puppies still sad?
The Sad Puppies are, to all intents and purposes, irrelevant. They have been replaced by the Rabid Puppies, mostly thanks to the egregiously obnoxious behavior of the SJWs in science fiction at the 2015 Hugo Awards ceremony. That converted most of the Sad Puppies to Rabid Puppies, which is why the Rabid Puppies accounted for 62 shortlist nominations of the 80 we recommended this year. The SF-SJWs said they were sending a message last year, and the message we heard was “bring more Puppies”. So we did.

Thank you so much. But the two nominations I’m most pleased about are Jerry Pournelle’s long-overdue Best Editor nomination for his There Will Be War series, and, of course, Chuck Tingle’s “Space Raptor Butt Invasion”. We’re taking diversity in science fiction to a whole new level there.
Gamergate was coined by Adam Baldwin to describe SJW oppression – now liberals are trying to use it as a term of abuse. What is your view?
#GamerGate strikes fear into the heart of liberals and SJWs because it represents a turning point in 30 years of cultural war that has been nothing but one long retreat by the right in the face of continuous societal convergence. Ironically, it was not the US Marines, or the church leadership, or the NFL that was willing to stand up and fight back against SJW attacks, it was the gamers. I am proud of my fellow #GamerGaters, and as my co-host of #GGinParis, Milo Yiannopoulos, has said, the cultural right should be looking at #GamerGate, learning from it, and applying its lessons.
Absolutely nothing that the left says about #GamerGate is true. Just today, some SJW journalist was trying to rhetorically tie #GamerGate to the suicide of a female firefighter. Not everyone who takes the time to look into the actual events leading up to #GamerGate ends up joining #GamerGate, but they do quickly learn that the mainstream media has been relentlessly lying about us. But the Left always lies relentlessly about its most effective opponents; that’s how they play divide-and-conquer.
Social Autopsy is dead, which is deliciously ironic. You were effective in that. How?
Not so much me as the Dread Ilk, who are my long-time regular readers. Led by Cynic, they set up a wiki site called The Complete List of SJW and added every member of the team to it. The site got over 30,000 visitors on the first day, and helped generate a pretty serious firestorm of protest. Ironically, Anita Sarkeesian and Zoe Quinn went after it as well, because it threatened to cut in on their market.
4. What do you think of Twitter’s selective outrage? Zoe Quinn is on its trust and safety council but anti-Semitism is allowed freely.
I think it is entirely typical of an SJW-converged organization. SJWs will never, ever, permit a level playing field because they know perfectly well that they can’t win whenever the deck isn’t stacked in their favor. What is interesting, however, is the way in which it is the social justice Left that is now openly anti-Semitic. But that’s how it goes for any group that allies with SJWs; they will turn on absolutely anyone the moment their dynamic Narrative shifts and declares what was formerly a pet victim group an enemy.
5. I think the Trump campaign is using paid bots. Do you agree?
It would surprise me if any of the remaining campaigns weren’t using them. Although I suppose Kasich probably isn’t, because I haven’t seen anyone say anything in support of him. Is he still actually running?
6. Racist thought and expression is protected under the first amendment; expression of racism in public is an act, rather like the expression of bias displayed by Zoe Quinn. Acts are fair game. Discuss.
I totally disagree. This is a straightforward violation of the Aristotelian principle of non-contradiction. A cannot be Not A. If expression is protected by the First Amendment, then it is protected and it is therefore not fair game. A thought is also an act, after all. But the important thing is that if people can lose their jobs for freely speaking their racist or anti-semitic views in private, they can just as easily lose them for speaking their Zionist, or feminist, or libertarian views.
That would negate the whole point of protecting free expression, which is to avoid a merciless struggle for thought and speech control. You should never assume your side is always going to be on top, and a civilized society depends upon not backing one’s ideological opponents into corners.
7. Isn’t SJW list just your Social Autopsy in reverse?
Not at all. They are speech and thought police who wish to attack those with whom they disagree. The SJW List merely chronicles attacks that have been committed by various SJWS who are attempting to disemploy and destroy people whose views they don’t like.
8. Ben Shapiro wants to get racists fired, so do I. Will you add me to the list?
Certainly, if you publicly call for people to be hunted down and lose their jobs in the name of a social justice cause like equality. But why would you want to get racists fired anyhow? Do you really want them to have nothing to lose and thereby encourage them to resort to ever-more extreme measures?
9. Which failed SJW tactic has been the most ridiculous so far this year?
SJWs at Intel devoting $300 million to the Diversity in Technology Initiative while at the same time the company announces that its cutting 11,000 jobs. One could not dream up a more perfect example of the Impossibility of Social Justice Convergence in action. Intel is getting rid of productive employees and replacing them with unqualified tokens who are as uninterested in technology as they are unable to produce anything.
Technology doesn’t need women, blacks, or manatees. It needs smart, self-motivated people who are willing and able to do the work required without anyone putting a gun to their head. Who cares what you are? What matters is if you can actually do the work without disrupting everyone around you.
10. Name some celebrities who are good at Reddit.
Milo is the best there is. Ann Coulter is very good too. Mike Cernovich hasn’t done much on Reddit, but he plays Twitter as if it were a grand piano.
11. What’s the best game or expansion released this year and why.
Witcher 3, The Wild Hunt. If you’re limiting it to games released in 2016, then Dark Souls III. But the game I’m most anticipating this year is Total War: Warhammer.
12. Who should be Trump’s VP?
Mo Brooks, the Congressman from Alabama. He’s great on immigration, he’d help Trump bring home the South, and he’s sufficiently right-wing to help balance Trump’s liberal side.
