Last week, this prom photo went viral. The color coordination and attention to detail captured America’s heart, giving those beyond their teenage years a sweet nostalgia for the magic of the prom.
But not David Scott Jaffe, who developed the games God of War and Twisted Metal. Jaffe tweeted to his 40,000 plus followers about how grossly sexist the photo is. While most people see a bunch of teens having fun, Jaffe saw the patriarchy trampling on those poor women.
When Twitter lampooned him for his SJW insanity, he doubled down.
It never takes long for an SJW to start making grossly offensive comparisons to the KKK. Apparently to Jaffe, barely perceivable sexism in a prom photo equals a campaign of racist terrorism against black people. That in and of itself is kind of racist.
And it’s not like Jaffe has much cred himself to discuss sexism. The God of War series has long been the target of feminists for its treatment of women. Anita Sarkeesian’s Feminist Frequency had some choice words about the franchise.
At least this non-troversy has been great for business for the photographer who took the photo.
