Hillary Clinton supporters just can’t get over Susan Sarandon aggressively advocating for Bernie Sanders, which they think contributed to Donald Trump’s election victory.
Sarandon refused to dial down her criticism of Clinton even as Sanders dropped out of the race. In return, liberals with long memories are boycotting her performance as screen legend Bette Davis on FX anthology TV series Feud.
You would have thought that people watching Ryan Murphy’s dramatization of the feud between Davis and Joan Crawford (played by Jessica Lange) from Hollywood’s bygone age that premiered on FX last month would…well let bygones be bygones.
No such luck. Lefties are still mad at Sarandon and despite saying they very much want to watch the new show from Murphy, who created The People v. O.J. Simpson, are posting tortured tweets:
