Milo Yiannopoulos’ speech at Columbia University this Wednesday, during which he was planning to dress as “Mattress Girl” Emma Sulkowicz, has been postponed until spring.

Heat Street can reveal that the alt right provocateur’s sold out event at Columbia, part of his “Dangerous Faggot” tour, has been postponed until the spring because of a “scheduling conflict.”

While the new date has not been announced yet, his future talk will be open to students only.

Factual feminist Christina Hoff Sommers told Heat Street last week during Facebook Live that Milo was planning to dress up as “Mattress Girl” Emma Sulkowicz for his talk at Columbia. Sulkowicz gained prominence after carrying her mattress around the campus to protest the university’s sexual assault policies and it’s clearance of her alleged rapist.

Milo told Politico: “I can’t think of a more perfect outfit for Columbia than a mattress and a fake rape claim.”

Several other colleges, including NYU have cancelled Milo’s talks, citing “safety concerns.”

Yiannopoulos was scheduled to speak at NYU a day after Columbia, but NYU cancelled his event because they claimed it raised concerns about community’s wellbeing.
