Thereafter, so did Facebook. Lauren recounted how they apologized and restored her account – admitting they’d ‘made a mistake’.
She also asked how that ‘mistake’ was made.
This morning Facebook admitted that they could no longer claim that there was no bias:
Our investigation could not fully exclude the possibility of isolated improper actions or unintentional bias in the implementation of our guidelines or policies.

The remedy? They will prune from their algorithm reliance on a biased list of news sources such as the Guardian and the BBC.
Surely Mark Zuckerberg is to be applauded for how quickly he acted when confronted with proof that Facebook was still censoring conservatives – like Heat Street contributor and Donald Trump supporter Lauren Southern.
